  FAQs

Of course, your physician will discuss the results of your sleep study with you as well as treatment recommendations. If your treatment includes the use of therapeutic devices,

Sleep-i can provide a "continuum of care" for sleep-disordered patients by offering CPAP services through our sister company, EsteemCare, including equipment, patient education and follow-up.

EsteemCare’s specialists will make an initial contact with you within 24-48 hours of your first night using the equipment. The specialist can help you troubleshoot any problems over the phone, if necessary. More follow-up calls will be made during the first critical month.

Based on the information gathered during these phone calls, you may be advanced to the next follow-up call frequency or kept at the current level until successful results are reached. This attention to patient care allows us to successfully evaluate patient success, and to determine if additional training is necessary.
